Thanks for visiting! Working with both adults and sensitive children/teens, I specialize in Energy Healing Bodywork, Reconnective Healing® , Reiki and Intuitive Counseling. (See services page for more information...)

I also offer a monthly conference call about sensitive children, self-esteem workshops and Reiki classes for adults and kids.

Using the Integrated Recalibration Technique™ in person or over the phone, nothing brings me more joy than to be of service to others, share what’s worked for me and be a facilitator of someone’s physical or emotional well-being.

For those of you who might feel lost, in fear, wondering about your spiritual path, have physical  or emotional issues, want to understand your child’s struggles or are just seeking a deeper connection, I can be of assistance.  

Sessions are 90 minutes (45-60 minutes for children) and are a combination of ‘clothes on’ energy bodywork and intuitive counseling which can be customized for your needs. As I work on clearing blocks and sending energy to places that need healing, I’m gathering messages from your body and your spirit guides to help you transform your life – to put you on the path you intended.

For clients who just would like some answers, often a 20-minute energy session first relaxes and balances the body and opens the person to the intuitive messages that seamlessly follow. And of course, we can address all questions, not just the messages that are coming forward. Phone readings and Distant Healings are also part of my service.

For those of you who can’t even think about their path until they deal with physical or emotional pain, energy work might be your only focus. Reiki promotes healing, reduces pain and builds up the body’s immune system. Many clients in this category are suffering from chronic fatigue, arthritis, anxiety, depression or inflammation from an injury or surgery. Over 800 American hospitals offer Reiki as part of their service to patients.

A Support Group Tele-Class for
Parents of High Need/Sensitive Children
Whether it's a sensitivity to food, the environment, other people or to your mood, children with high needs do take some extra TLC and negotiation tactics in order to maintain a peaceful household. 

Often these kids come in already spiritually aware and are mirrors for us in the areas where we need the most inner work. Maybe your child is just a bright light and you're unsure how to further develop their unique gifts. Please join us on a conference call to share your stories and find support. Elizabeth will also address any specific questions about your son or daughter and provide a sense of what's at the heart of the matter.
